the main combo is Tendrils of Agony + Thrumming Stone after you Shadowborn Apostle for Rune-Scarred Demon for thrumming stone. Always grab thrumming stone.

You can get your apostles back after searching for demons or comboing off through Bloodbond March + Karador, Ghost Chieftain or with Immortal Servitude. Eternal Witness helps get combo pieces that your opponents got rid of, or recur beaters/rune-scarred demon.

Pull your combos with tutors in Diabolic Tutor, Beseech the Queen, Increasing Ambition, or Sidisi, Undead Vizier or with card draw with effects like Phyrexian Arena, Fecundity, Harvester of Souls, or Skullclamp.

The only other card is Teysa, Orzhov Scion who is in there for more tokens to feed to skullclamp or ashnod's in addition to providing a form of removal.
