I was Looking at Kamigawa Block after reading U/G Madness (an MTG Webcomic for those who don't know) and I saw Chisei, Heart of Oceans, and IMMEDIATELY went to here and started thinking about a way to use cumulative upkeep cards to my advantage. then i remembered i have the Card Psychic Vortex, and remembered my Bad Azami, Lady of Scrolls EDH, and then i made this!
