Hey PayOneLife, thanks for your suggestions.
Echoing Truth does sound pretty sweet, and I may find a place for it in this deck. As it is Bile Blight is more than just a token killer. Bile Blight is very good against affinity and delver being able to most everything, it gets tricky with ravenger though, and I like having kill spells that can be two for ones.
Your right Pendelhaven is cute. That's about it. It is a one of and tends to be more aggressive that defensive, (i.e. bitterblossom tokens)
I elected not to include Serum Visions in this list because I didn't have space. Too many spells that were all good and on turn one I want to be casting Thoughtseize not a cantrip.

No Dismembers? Also, 4 off Cryptic Command seems a bit steep. I would run 3 & 3 with Mana Leak.

I used to have Dismember took them out for Victim of Night but maybe they could switch back, but I was trying to preserve life. Aiming to play better against agro. And I just really like command in this deck, but ill try your split.

The problem with 4x Cryptic Command is that its too slow agasint aggro and too expsenive for counter wars. Great against midrange though :P
Also, I feel like you should look into more cheap draw. Serum Visions is really good, I think Jace Beleren might be a bit slow and at 3CMC its right when you want counters open. The other thing is cut River of Tears to 2 off and increase Secluded Glen to 4 off.

I read an article a while ago, I believe it was written by raptor, explaining why you shouldn't use cantrips in faeries, but I believe it is out dated now. Jace does tend to eat bolts and decays, so maybe i'll cut him down to one for now and depending on how the deck plays I can get rid of him completely. The main reason was he was in was to get extra cards not cantrip because the deck does run out of gas with no major draw spells.
As for my mana base, I actually like it right now. I run two glens because I only run eight faeries. Most of the time river of tears is the perfect land for me.

GlistenerAgent Yea I've had it suggested before, but I don't really need it. The removal base I have now hits pretty much everything so "if it ain't broke don't fix it."

You said Affinity was an issue. Go for the Throat ain't helpin'. :)

Also, four Cryptic Commands. You never don't want to draw it, barring mana issues.

GlistenerAgent You are giving the exact opposite advice of enpc. lol. And yes Go for the Throat does not help vs affinity, that will be were I will try your Dismember. As for cryptic, idk, I like it a lot better at three instead of four, it gives me more room for removal.

Ari Lax wrote a primer for Standard Faeries, and while Modern is quite different I highly suggest you read it. Here you go.
If you know how to play Cryptic Command properly, you will never cut it again. At worst it's Time Walk your attack step draw a card, and at best you are countering their giant spell while also bouncing the giant spell they played last turn, effectively a complete double Time Walk. It's the most versatile card you have access to by a very long shot.
I can see cutting a Sword, as it's rather clunky and dies to Abrupt Decay.

GlistenerAgent Alright ill read it. After that I will reconsider cryptic as a four of. Sword is how I survive any aggro or grindy matches due to the life gain. Thank you for your help!

Victim of Night is quite black mana intensive given you want to hit lots of blue early. I would go for Go for the Throat instead and have a strong sideboard for Affinity.
I am not sure about the swords. Without a tutor for them, pro red and white may not be what you need for the matchup and then they are mana intensive cards that aren't that good value (and versus decks that dump their hands, this sword not as good).

@Clawed6 my mana base at the moment is a bit sketchy, I'll admit. Honestly, I haven't worked on this deck for a while. Though affinity has always been a terrible match up so Go for the Throat is not the right replacement. And besides, blue/black doesn't have that good sideboard hate against artifacts. You have Hurkyl's Recall and Engineered Explosives and thats about it. As for the swords, they are not used for their protection abilities, that's just an added bonus. The swords are used for their lifegain ability and their shutout power. I don't want to clutter up the deck with tutor effects for the swords and when playing the long game, like you will with this deck, two is enough for you to see them when you need them.

Hey mate.
I reckon you could swap Bile Blight for Echoing Truth, which kills tokens, can actually deal with Deceiver Exarch (which blight doesn't due to 4 toughness), and places less demand on your mana base. It also allows you to bounce your Mistbind Clique, returning the championed Spellstutter Sprite back into play, which is a swish way to pull out a surprise counter and reuse the Mistbind. Unless you have another reason for adding Blight that I've missed?
Pendelhaven is cute, but it doesn't doesn't have much to protect, and isn't useful against the premier removal spells in the format (Path to Exile, Abrupt Decay, Lightning Bolt etc.). Again, I feel like I might be missing something here.
It might just be lazy thinking but Serum Visions would be a good turn 1 card to help smooth out your draws, especially as you don't have much stuff to play on the first turn.
