A casual deck of cycling and DOOOOM.

The deck is based around Resounding Wave and Resounding Scream, which have overwhelming cycling costs... except when they become free to cycle! The deck tries to pathetically stall and draw out into New Perspectives to get a crippling set of Resounding cards cycled while having threats like Vile Manifestation and Viscera Dragger out to take advantage. Vizier of Tumbling Sands can ramp into Perspectives or generate mana when cycled, Nimble Obstructionist and Censor is a counterspell suite, while Wasteland Scorpion does some trades and Choking Tethers can keep the enemy at bay or set up an alpha strike.
