A deck idea I thought up a few weeks ago, based on stalling your opponent until your get to your win conditions.
Some help with card choices would be nice, there are still some cards I need to get
The Main Players
Phenax, God of Deception - This guy is a legend, combine him with almost any of the high toughness creatures in the deck and your opponent will be wondering where their graveyard went after just a few turns. As long as you can protect him with counters and the like, this will win you the game very shortly. Don't forget you can tap to mill in response to a Banishing Light and similar cards!
Consuming Aberration - Amazing stuff, get him out as a 10/10 at least and then counter everything your opponent throws at him, which makes them mill more! Combine him with Phenax, God of Deception and you can probably win in two or three turns. Not to mention you can kill spell their blockers and swing for lethal if mill isn't looking like a win condition.
Ashiok, Nightmare Weaver - Get him/her out when you have 1 or 2 blockers and watch your opponents face as you steal or their Stormbreath Dragon's and use them to mash their face in. Her -10 is also useful against control (who usually run Elixir of Immortality's and love to keep their hand protected). The reason for only two of these is that they pretty much enter the battlefield on 5 loyalty and survive for a while, I've had these come in on turn 3 and stay until the end of the game.
Mizzium Skin - Holy crap this card. You can leave one or two mana open after casting any of the big guys and throw this across the table when they cast Hero's Downfall. Also, if it's mid to late game and you have the mana, overload it even if they're only targeting one thing. It just stops them messing with you for a turn.
Jace, Memory Adept - Pretty self explanatory, use his 0 ability if you're ahead and they have no board presence. Alternate between his +1 and 0 if you're behind on your removal a bit.
Mirko Vosk, Mind Drinker - One of the must underrated mill cards in my opinion, can usually get about half your opponent's deck in one swing and really messes with a lot of control and white weenie decks.
The Sideboard Players
Bile Blight - For aggro decks and people running small stuff.
Curse of the Swine - For big green decks, no one really runs this card so your opponent will never play around it.
Dark Betrayal + Doom Blade - Swap out some Hero's Downfall's for doom blades if you can see that they're running no planeswalkers and not playing black. Dark betrayal against mainly mono black.
Drown in Sorrow - Against fast aggro decks
Gainsay + Annul - Against Esper/USA control decks, swap out syncopates usually.
Triton Tactics - Against either aggro or monsters.
Ultimate Price - Mainly for big Gruul/Jund/Simic decks. Helps kill Mistcutter Hydra, Polukranos, World Eater and other big nasties.
Duress - For control decks, like Thoughtseize but it doesn't cost $17
