We do not have very many multicolored fatties, and Armored Wolf-Rider's power is rather paltry given it's converted mana cost. I think if we're winning with Wolf-Riders with trample, we'll probably be fine having them without trample too.

Makes me suspect one or two groups might be hording gates and we aren't the only ones hurting for them? Or just nabbing their colors while there's still a chance.

Considering the dogbear, for once, which probably means it's time to go with a Cluestone. Eh.

I'm thinking the guildgate.

We still need more gates, and honestly a G/B isn't that bad of a combo for us. While there could be better at least it pitches in for Willing if necessary, and being realistic the odds of us getting to more gates by now and the end of the draft that perfectly matches our colors aren't that great. I'd rather take and use a 3rd or 4th single gate with the gatekeepers that we have over most of the rest of this pack, though the Dog wouldn't be terrible, it just has no late game application unlike the bug warrior.

I like the gate as well. Does Obzedat's Aid hold any consideration? It think it would if we had a giant bomb win-con, but as it stands we don't.

I thought about Aid for a sec, but we don't nearly have enough dual gates and stones enough to even seriously consider a 4th splash yet (We need 6, but the gate will give us our 5th though).

Aid isn't even that great of a card, there's a reason it's a rare and it has an average draft pick of 5 when most uncommons are at least a 5.

True enough. That and I'm reminded of the bear's usefulness against walls. My vote's for the gate.

Thought about Aid, then decided that with most of our corpses, I'd rather just draw another body than try to get one back on splash mana.

I mean, we do have one bomb like card in our deck. Ready / Willing.

If we can get 6 multicolored sources between GWRB we could very easily splash black in JUST for that card. Best of all, it'll completely catch people with their pants down as casting the Willing half of the spell will be pretty unexpected from a Naya deck.

The card will be more powerful just by the nature that people won't expect it as much as they would from an Orzhov + Golgari deck.
