Definitely a work in progress, but I wanted to make a Sultai EDH deck that focused on the theme the Sultai hold: grandeur and distinction, at any cost. This deck, ideally, is going to ramp hard and recycle harder. Every scrap gets its use.

While this deck does deal like to play with the graveyard and put cards in there, I wanted to make a distinction between this deck and various The Mimeoplasm EDH decks. So, rather than have a bunch of reanimator spells, I'm going to have a lot of stuff with flashback and scavenge-type effects, allowing for some utility while not placing an emphasis on forcing creatures into the graveyard. Other than that, mostly just land ramp and draw spells. A few fatties for good measure. A few nukes for flair.
