A simple deck, land wise at least which uses Damia, Sage of Stone as it's commander. The idea is to get rats out quickly and with as little defense as possible as I typically overdo it on that front in my other decks. Thoughts on other cards are definitely welcome, where I can substitute one card for another but keep in mind I know obviously my lands are very very very lacking, with this said, this deck is also still in its infancy as I just completed it tonight, 2018-10-27.

I did add a bit of jankiness obviously as that tends to make the world go round:

Cauldron of Souls + Melira, Sylvok Outcast - Cauldron of Souls is a nice political card by itself but when paired with Melira, Sylvok Outcast, you have a great combo of things dying but coming back and this works well also in sacrifice cases which this deck does utilize with Marrow-Gnawer.

Glen Elendra Archmage + Melira, Sylvok Outcast - Glen Elendra Archmage comes back without -1 counters on it thanks to Melira, Sylvok Outcast.

Marrow-Gnawer + Thornbite Staff - I believe this speaks for itself, this may actually be a staple with Marrow-Gnawer decks, but alas, I am not the one to judge that or not.

Thrumming Stone - Speaks for itself...

I wanted a bit of card draw in this deck, while it might negate the effects of Damia, Sage of Stone later on in the game, this is an acceptable sacrifice I am willing to take, I have more than a few times played (not piloted, I despise the term 'pilot' for playing a deck :D) decks where the commander was mainly used for the color identity, so this may turn out to be the case here as well.

Consecrated Sphinx - if you are in blue, why not.

Kindred Discovery - Perhaps a dangerous card, time will tell, I figured it would be a great addition to this deck.

For ramp/fixing I went the usual route:

Azusa, Lost but Seeking - Poor Azusa had to leave her elf friends behind when I opted to move her into this deck, hope she enjoys rats.

Chromatic Lantern - Three+ color decks, this should just be put in every precon commander deck that matches that criteria by now.

Sprouting Vines - Not sure if this really fits in this section but I have grown to really like the storm ability and if you can get a bunch of land at the expense of your opponent's casting habits, assuming nothing terrible happens to you, why not throw this in a deck with green.
