The idea was to be able to play any card in the deck by turn four. And if you get a bad hand, be able to work with two or three mana.

Main idea of the deck is to get Angel of Jubilation out with Norn's Annex in play. This will either slow down your opponents attacks or to stop them completely. And since Angel of Jubilation's effect also voids Desecration Demon's effect you have a 6/6 flyer that does not tap before combat.

The whole point of having an a abyssal persecutor and linvala in the sideboard is to completely change up the deck in case your opponent figures out the deck.
