So I for one love Vorel of the Hull Clade, and I just love counters in general. Everyone is complaining about how slow he's going to be against all of these aggro plans, but I think he has a chance to shine here. Within this deck are many +1/+1 counter-based shenanigans, all of which can hold their own with or without the massive amplification he provides with his ability. My favorite win-con in this deck is easily the interaction that Vorel has with Gideon, Champion of Justice. Yeah, yeah, he's a planeswalker -- BUT he turns into a creature, thus opening him up to Vorel's duplication ability.

If that's not enough, Vorel has great synergy with Champion of the Parish, Experiment One, Fathom Mage, and so forth. I would greatly appreciate suggestions seeing as I only just put this deck together. Thanks!
