"Only when we journey into the unknown can we find the impossible." - Cyrul the Wanderer

I had built a Noyan Dar deck after pulling him in a Zendikar booster and was pleasantly surprised with how much fun it is beating people to death with lands. However, I was a little disappointed that Noyan Dar had been colored UW instead of UG, GW, or UGW. He's a commander all about lands and he lacks the color that best supports lands- Green.

The overall goal is to use Noyan Dar and the other "landshapers" to make an army out of Magic's greatest resource and proceed to beat my enemies to death with them. Various enchantments have been included to bolster said lands, and my Crucible of Worlds was moved here so that when my land warriors are slain they can rise back up. There is a slight token sub-theme in the form of Elementals and Birds to help generate some additional firepower and to keep the deck functioning if, for some reason, I ever find myself short on lands.

Over time this deck has become my favorite to play thanks to its theme and its overall flexibility. Even if I don’t win, I still catch my opponents off guard and I’m rarely left wanting for a move on my turn. Plus, having a 30/30 Commander thanks to Blackblade Reforged and an army of 8/8 Elemental Lands thanks to Liege of the Tangle is just too much fun.
