UWR has fallen out of the Modern Tier 1 spotlight (well, with the exceptional exception that is Alex Bianchi's GP Pittsburgh winning Jeskai Twin list... congrats!)

I feel like some of the pure UWR midrange problems can be solved simply

i.e. splash black to discard.

Discard has the best disruption available to Modern, sorry blue :((( but go hang out in Legacy.

I need to work on:

Ratio of Path to Exile to Terminate (this ratio may very well be 1:0)

Ratio of counters to discard (leaning more towards discard)

Land base. Four colors is tricky.

Could Lili work here? She seems to have synergy with Snapcaster Mage...

I'm considering: Polluted Delta, Scalding Tarn, Flooded Strand. Steam Vents, Blackcleave Cliffs, Watery Grave, Hallowed Fountain. Celestial Colonnade, Creeping Tarpit . And basics.

Sideboard. I think more enchantment hate is due, as this list will be more susceptible than ever to Leyline of Sanctity, Blood Moon... and on the fringe, BOGLES!
