A dark twist on a midrange Treefolk deck.
This deck preserves the heart of Treefolk, running the core of Dauntless Dourbark, Dungrove Elder, Treefolk Harbinger, and Bosk Banneret. This Core 4 guarantees quick and consistent power. However, while a Mono-Green variant would be subject to any and all interaction by an opponent, this deck is different.
A full playset of Thoughtseize eliminates combos, while Go for the Throat and Abrupt Decay provide cheap and effective removal. Phyrexian Arena pushes the tempo, especially when combined with Leaf-Crowned Elder. Lastly, Golgari Charm helps you avoid sweepers, eliminate tokens, and gives you maindeck enchantment hate.
