If you're going to be using a wall, you might try Fog Bank instead of Wall of Bone .

Formatting is just plain HTML. I don't really feel the need of a wall, that's why I'd like to board out Wall of Bone . I'm looking for suggestion on cards that could fit in this deck much better than a wall.

Just 2 ideas:1) Glimpse the Unthinkable is a must have cards in every U/B deck like your.2) I don't like Wall of Bone ... what about Jace's Phantasm ??

This is my deck: Rock 'n' mill. There's also a list of almost every mill card of MTG's, if you see that something miss tell me!

The addition of Far / Away , Turn / Burn or Profit / Loss will help significantly and Dimir Charm may be a good swiss army toolbox.

Having 4 Fabricates only for 4 Scepters seems odd to me.1) Drop to a total of 6 - either 3-3 or 4-2. 2)If you like the Fabricates, add a couple one-of silver bullets for hard matchups, like Dragon's Claw s, Witchbane Orbs, Pithing needles, or even a Darksteel Citadel if you occasionally run into mana issues.3) You can keep the 4-of scepters, and replace the Fabricates with raw card draw, such as the new Pilfered Plans 4) If you need some more early defense, here's another option- you can switch the Steel Wall s, which would allow you some flexibility. You could also, then switch the Fabricates to Reshape s to save some mana over 2 turns. Also saves you from discard after Casting Fabricate, or allows you to "reset" your scepter with another scepter. This will also work with #2 above.

Rapid Hybridization will allow you to beef up a creature of yours or downsize one of theirs cheaply and Scepter-ably.Cyclonic Rift both gets rid of targets and acts as a late game swoosh.

I would suggest Nephilia Drownyard, but you have far too many Colored mana to work with that, and Jace/Tamiyo seem too expensive and a win-more against matchups you're already strong at. You already can board in Witchbane Orb for Burn matchups, so why not have some Mutilate s on the board for non-token creature swarms? With a mix of islands and swamps, it'll usually be from -1/-1 to -3/-3. Another alternative is Killing Wave .

First of all I'd like to mention that this is not a mill deck. It has mill as a win condition but it's not its main one. This is a control deck that has as main finishers Liliana Vess and Wight of Precinct Six that's why I didn't include Glimpse the Unthinkable that is an AMAZING card in mill decks.

Among the fuse spells Far / Away is the one that I prefer but I'd need to figure out how this mechanic works with isochron scepter .

Dragon's Claw is really a bad card, sorry .

Pilfered Plans is nice since draw 2 and mill 2 for 3 mana is not bad but are you sure that replacing a removal such as Liliana of the Veil for it is a good thing?

Since I run just 2 creatures I'd use Rapid Hybridization just as a removal and there are better one out there for one mana like Tragic Slip .

Since I run very few artifacts (Darksteel Citadel has the same problem of Nephalia Drownyard : I REALLY need colored mana and I feel walls are not needed in this build. I have more radical ways of dealing with opponent's creatures) swapping Fabricate for Reshape would be a risk but I guess I should, as you suggets, remove 1 or 2 of them anyway.

Mutilate is not as powerful as Damnation and has the same cost so I'd keep it out.

Now about Cyclonic Rift . 7 mana is a lot for its overload and I feel Echoing Truth might work better but how many of them should I include and in the place of what?

Jace's Phantasm is a good card in this deck because if they have ten cards in their graveyard, it's a 5/5 flyer.

I find that Muddle the Mixture is the better tutor in my U/B control deck that relies on Scepter, over Fabricate . Another great 2-cost transmute spell is Dimir Infiltrator , who is a great target for Runechanter's Pike , which can conveniently be searched up by either transmute spell.

Transmute also lets you find great sideboard cards, like Torpor Orb , Spellskite , Shadow of Doubt , and Ratchet Bomb .

Finally, they can tutor a sweeper in Black Sun's Zenith .

Dimir Infiltrator is a great suggestion swapped it for Fabricate !!!Muddle the Mixture is added to maybeboard in case I feel the further control factor is needed.I don't feel like taking anything out for either Runechanter's Pike , Torpor Orb , or Ratchet Bomb even in the sideboard but they are rly good cards.

I don't feel like I need Spellskite since I don't run so many permanents that can be targeted and against burn decks I prefer to use Witchbane Orb . Shadow of Doubt is only good against certain types of decks and a dead draw for many others. Black Sun's Zenith I feel like it's a worse Damnation .

I tough a lot about either to include Jace's Phantasm or Wight of Precinct Six , here is why I opted for the zombie: This deck runs just 1 mill card so if the graveyard of your enemy is going to grow it'll most likely be because you buried his creatures and in that case Wight of Precinct Six would be much bigger than the phantasm.

I'm open to opinions on this topic by the way

Thanks! The only other thing that I missed would be Countersquall over Negate , but the black mana might be risky compared to the reward. My version is quite a bit more aggressive, running Delver of Secrets  ^Flip , so it does quite a bit of work there.

If you win most games through damage, I'd include it, but if Thought Scour on Isochron Scepter wins most often, I'd leave Negate in that slot.

My main win condition is Liliana Vess ' last ability I feel like I'll keep Negate in for the moment but I'll playtest Countersquall in the meantime.I still have doubts about whether to swap Wight of Precinct Six for Jace's Phantasm since basically the zombie and Liliana Vess rely on the same thing to win. Need more insight on that
