Dark Temur Hollow Ones

This list and this description were pretty outdated, so I scrapped the description and am writing this one fresh.

This is a modern deck built around various synergies fueled by Life from the Loam. Trade Routes turns the lands into other cards and Seismic Assault gives explosive power and can lock creature decks down. Since both those discard cards, and Street Wraith and Faithless Looting already fit, Hollow One and Flameblade Adept slot really well in.

The deck plays mostly as a midrange deck, as it can either play aggressively with the discard creatures or it can play a slow game locking down lands and creatures.

The big testing slots in the main are the 3 Fatal Push and the Ghost Quarter and Field of Ruin split. I've found the deck can struggle against the hyper fast aggro, and Goyf is a real pain, so Push came in. Field of Ruin is powerful, and replaces itself, but GQ helps fix mana early and makes for some really useful lines.

Also Edge of Autumn is sick.

SIDE: Kolaghan's Command is helpful against affinity and jund, Grafdigger's Cage is mostly there for storm and company. Inquisition of Kozilek is for combo decks in general. Ancient Grudge is of course affinity, KCI, and against Lantern when on the draw. Faerie Macabre helps against a lot of decks as an instant-speed targeted grave removal (I especially like it against control in response to Snapcaster trigger). Grim Lavamancer is against most aggro decks when on the play. Collective Brutality is mainly there for burn. Smallpox is smallpox, and hits a lot of decks that care about mana or plays one big creature. Heaven // Earth is my current spice, as a board wipe that can be cast from the grave.
