Obligatory ramp includes Burnished Hart, Sol Ring, Solemn Simulacrum, Darksteel Ingot and Izzet Signet.

Nin, the Pain Artist destroys creatures and hands opponents their libraries. Just to help them out further, Forced Fruition, Dictate of Kruphix, Well of Ideas, and Skyscribing contribute. Anvil of Bogarden lets them hang on to it (plus, who doesn't carry a Reliquary Tower)?

Black Vise, Ebony Owl Netsuke, Misers' Cage, Skullcage, Talon of Pain, Cerebral Vortex, Gaze of Adamaro, Runeflare Trap, Sudden Impact, Molten Psyche and Viseling punish them for their enormous hands. Dictate of the Twin Gods flashes in if the damage would ever be half enough to kill somebody.

Meanwhile, for protection and draw, there are indestructible artifact creatures, and some chump Arcbound fellows around to be replaced when I can afford to make the deck a bit better. Nin can torture the invulnerable toys if draw is required. Pariah's Shield works particularly well with Stuffy Doll, I think. Darksteel Forge helps protect from board wipes until somebody spot exiles it. Trinket Mage, Treasure Mage and Fabricate can tutor in some of the necessary parts of the combos.

There's a bit of blue control (some counters and snaps), creatures like Barbed Shocker for some added milling, and a few creatures that pull back artifacts, instants or sorceries from the graveyard to repeat some of the classics.

As per usual for me, the stuff in the maybeboard is mostly there because of price (there are a few exceptions).
