I couldn't really decide if I wanted to play a more aggressive Grixis, or a control Grixis. So I decided to go for a transformative versions of the deck. The idea is to come out aggressive game 1 with Delver of Secrets and Monastery Swiftspear. Game 2 we can pull the aggro stuff and sub in the control elements depending on matchups. I'm still toying with numbers, but I like the flexibility this deck provides.
