Basically, this is an Aura/Voltron deck with an unblockable and card draw/scry theme. I KNOW boggles is better, but people HATE playing against it, so this is maybe something a little more interesting...
Creatures
We have 2 "heroic" 1-drops: 2x Lagonna-Band Trailblazer, and 4x Favored Hoplite to get out on the field quick. 2x Akroan Skyguard to evasion. These heroic creatures each get +1+1 counters whenever a spell is cast on them + Favored Hoplite gains "prevent all damage that would be dealt to it" till the end of turn. Lagonna-Band Trailblazer has a big butt and can serve as a blocker if nothing else. Akroan Skyguard is a flyer that gets 's +1+1 for every spell that is cast on him.
Next up the curve (2 CMC), we have 3x Kor Spiritdancer. She gets +2+2 for each aura attached to her + you get to draw a card. 4x Invisible Stalker is unblockable and has hexproof. Read: "attach aura here" LOL.
At 3 CMC we have 2x Mirran Crusader. Double-Strike and protection from green and black means unblockable and mad damage with an aura attached. 2x Daxos of Meletis can't be blocked by creatures with power 3 or greater which is meh, but if you put Aqueous Form on him, you get an unblockable creature that scrys when it attacks and then gets to cast the top card of your opponent's library! This happens quite a bit for me.
Auras
We are running 13 auras in this deck. 4x Aqueous Form is the real winner here as it makes our creature unblockable, but also lets us scry. 2x Hyena Umbra. Let me just say that if you land a Daybreak Coronet on anyone, but particularly Mirran Crusader, you've just given your opponent a VERY fast clock.
Instants/Removal
2x Path to Exile, and 1x Banishing Light... the cooler Oblivion Ring lol. 2x Serum Visions for draw and filtering, and 2x Psionic Blast. NO one expects to get 4 damage to the face from an Azorius deck. This can steal plenty a win!
Sideboard
4x Spreading Seas for Tron, 1x Stony Silence for Affinity, 2x Disenchant, and 1x more Banishing Light for getting rid of all of almost anything. 2x Ordeal of Heliod for some life gain and 2x Ordeal of Thassa for card draw. 3x Relic of Progenitus for graveyard hate.
Closing Thoughts
Lands are pretty straightforward. We might be able to go down a land or two, because of all of our 1 CMC cards, but I haven't been greedy enough to do it.
