A budget deck just for a bit of fun..Good value early creatures that scale well with Knight of New Alara .

Explosive vegetation fits nicely in the mana curve and pushes through to Armada Wurm and Titanic Ultimatum (probably overkill but fun nonetheless)

Shield of the Oversoul on anyone, in particular Wilt-Leaf Cavaliers, Steward of Valeron or Bant Sureblade for serious early beatdown.

With Brave the Elements , Judge's Familiar, or just a Shield of the Oversoul you should be able to protect your Knight of New Alara most of the time and with the increased power/toughness it provides the rest of your board should be feeling pretty good.
