Trying to find the Add Friend thing. Never done that before. Do you know where it is?

Nope. You have to edit the decks themself and add me in the "share list" box.

Yes, although I don't see why you left out Gleam from the "long game" thing. It's something that is very likely to break stalls.

Also in the long games I'd switch the Boros Cluestone with a Rakdos one since it's more black heavy and also for the ability to follow it up with a Sinister Possession .

Because it has less attacking creatures. Gleam needs creatures to swing in order to work.

Yeah I did that second one real quick. Didn't take much time with mana adjustments.

Okay so now I made a 3rd one that is like what beardedshuffler is talking about. 18/41 and I used Sin Collector. He was talking about cutting mastiff or commando before.

We're at the point where I wouldn't include either one of these in the current build.I was ready to cut the one blaze commando we have, and I sure wouldn't be running two. But sin collector is just a 2/1, that's hard to cast and has a fairly low impact etb. So, whichever guys.
As for how 18 lands goes, very well. When you judge the speed of the format correctly, and your opponent gets a couple of bears out and then stalls due to low land, and you manage to get your 4 and 5 drops down on curve, the tempo is very much in your favour.

I'm still against 18 land. Not only do I think it's risks mana flood too much it also takes up spots that can be used for answers against enemy plays (I.e. sin collector). I really think 16 lands is the way to go.
+1 sin collector

I'm having a hard time seeing finishing power w/o the commandos. The only way I can think of is if we're just going to eat it in the early game, making them pay some with Possessions, play defense defense defense, and commit to the idea of beating them late from Torturer drain and the 2 sorceries. What happens if we don't happen to draw DttD(which should be at least half of the games)?

thebeardedshuffler did you see my version of what I think your deck would be? I'd like to hear your thoughts on it.
Everyone: I've got 3 different possible versions of our deck up that you can view & playtest. I added you as friends so that you can do that:
Aggro 16/40
Long game 17/40
Bearded-style 18/41
I think our choice for the current pick will be affected by trying these out.

Well I'm also thinking that Blaze Commando would definitely benefit us more at this stage.

I cannot see the decks you threw together vic. I've been testing with 17 lands and that seems like it'd work okay. I really don't trust the tapped out shuffler though. It is evil.
We probably shouldn't worry overly much about the final composition yet, it's hard to really discuss them and keep everything secret. Suffice to say I doubt we'll run either blaze commando or sin collector in our final build, or rather, I don't think I would if I were building it, so I'm pretty much without a vote. Well.. Okay I'll vote for the sin just so we have sideboard tech against a bomb spell.
+1 Sin Collector.

I just got word that all the remaining packs will be autodrafted. Stay put until this is done, afterwards we can see if anything good (and hopefully a gate) still came around.

Commando. Btw: we can be almost certain that nothing that really impacts our decklist is going to rotate. I already know that we will get Hidden Strings from the next pack and afterwards it will probably just get worse.

Ah, okay then. I'll do that with the group.
