Tier 1
A Basic Dredge Deck for under $30.00. Play a land a Putrid Imp, then discard your hand, or play a second land and use 4x Zombie Infestation to fill your graveyard and usually get 3 2/2 Zombies. Use your dredge cards Golgari Grave-Troll, Golgari Thug, and Stinkweed Imp to fill your graveyard and be sure to discard your dredger to use again. Narcomoeba, Reassembling Skeleton, and Nether Shadow give you targets for Dread Return which with Bridge from Below will get 3, 6, or 9 2/2 Zombies. Dread Return for Sphinx of Lost Truths which lets you dredge 3 times and then discard your hand, usually putting at least 15 cards in your graveyard and giving you a 3/5 flyinh body. Then Dread Return for Golgari Grave-Troll and start swinging with zombies, trolls, and sphinxes.
Note: Golgari Thug can put Narcomoeba back on top of your library when the Thug dies so Narcomoeba can be recycled.
If you have extra money I suggest buying another Bridge from Below and putting in Nether Traitor for Nether Shadow.Bloodghast and Ichorid are also quite powerful.
