Ondu Cleric seems awfully out of place in a deck with Reckless Bushwhacker. You might want to start with cutting the Clerics. Also,Beastcaller Savant is just a bad card. Consider replacing it with Noble Hierarch, maybe? And if that's out of your budget, then how about Birds of Paradise or even a Elvish Mystic/Avacyn's Pilgrim? 4 Kabira Evangel seems like an awful lot. I understand that it's a powerful effect, but 4 is a lot. Maybe cut a few of those? Munda, Ambush Leader doesn't strike me as a very powerful card. He costs a lot and his effect doesn't do a whole lot. He just basically fixes your draws, but that's pretty weak at 4 mana.

Overall. I think you are a bit too fixated on running all allies. I understand that you want the Descendants' Path to hit, but to be honest, it's not a very powerful effect in a deck full of 1-drops. Also it's not a very good draw in a situation in which you need more gas. Maybe cut some number of them?

Cards I would consider adding would be Aether Vial and maybe Path to Exile. Maybe some effect like Rally the Ancestors or Immortal Servitude could be cool too?

Ondu Cleric is at odds with an aggro strategy. Maybe replace for Kor Bladewhirl or Firemantle Mage or Metallic Mimic or even Phantasmal Image? This would require a slight rejig of the lands though.

In my deck Degenerate Allies, I'm running Hardened Scales. You really, really don't want Oust or Condemn generally, the opponent gaining life is not what you want to happen ever I'd rather run Oppressive Rays or Blessed Alliance for budget purposes, even consider Lightning Bolt.

Allies definitely has some issues even after upgrades, but with Humans jumping into the limelight the way it is, I believe Allies to be a contender that is unrealized to many.

just under a month now since I commented on this before, and saw it in the deckcycle feed just now.
I have nearly, and basically fully upgraded and finished my Allies deck. It it MB comp ready and SB is ready and can be slotted to the correct meta if needed. I have 20 1-mana cmc cards and 12 of them are creatures, and nothing is over 3 mana. I got lucky and opened a Horizon Canopy ($5 Canopy, no complaints) but bought Aether Vials. Vials make it so you can use Evangel to protect if you have to, and having a tribal Human base to the Ally deck actually opened up more ways to be able to win on turn 3.
Just sharing the information I've learned.

Dear Dorotheus thank you for your comments! Your deck Degenerate Allies (SOME turn 3 kills listed) looks great. You have all the awesome cards which I can not afford Aether Vial Cavern of Souls Temple Garden Windswept Heath. I did some of the changes which you have recommended. Like removing Oust and adding Hardened Scales.

What are your experiences with those non-ally cards which you play?Champion of the Parish Thalia's Lieutenant I tried it but it did not work for me. Sure, they benefit from hardened scales and humans entering the battlefield but because they are non-ally they can not trigger Kabira Evangel, Akoum Battlesinger,Talus Paladin or any other ally which is their huge disadvantage. This disadvantage caused me some defeats. That is why I decided to play only ally creatures.
