A midrange deck in my favorite color combination, with some of my favorite cards. It could be seen as a Modern version of the Legacy archetype Dead Guy Ale.

This deck really looks to disrupt the opponent's early game with the eight 1cmc discard spells (namely Thoughtseize and Inquisition of Kozilek) and Tidehollow Sculler while gaining card adantage with Dark Confidant. After getting the opponent in a tight spot and eliminating their threats, we preferably land a Pack Rat with 3 mana open and ride it to victory (bonus points if you give it a sword).

The rest of the deck is quite straightforward: Path to Exile, Doom Blade and Go for the Throat are out removal package; Lingering Souls needs no explanation; Zealous Persecution is usually what wins us the game in one swing, but can also be played defensively to kill opposing tokens or make our blocks more profitable; finally, we have Fulminator Mage, which has performed fantastically in punishing Modern's typically greedy mana bases.

The sideboard is a work in progress, and is prone to lots of changes, but the main deck is pretty much finished.
