This deck is a combination of soul sisters and death and taxes. It uses cards like Ghost Quarter, Tectonic Edge, Thalia, Guardian of Thraben, and Vryn's Wingmare for disruption, the soul sisters for lifegain, and Mentor of the Meek for card draw. It plays like an aggro deck that just happens to have control/disruption in it.

All of the non-budget options in this deck are for the manabase, and cost more than the rest of the deck combined! Instead of playing tec-edge, you could play Wasteland or Strip Mine. Since blue decks are a problem, Cavern of Souls is a GREAT solution. Tip: name humans. You could also play fetch lands for deck thinning, though I think that's a bad idea. Upvotes are appreciated, and feedback is wanted to make this deck better.
