This is my stab at a Death and Taxes style deck for Pioneer, with an Orzhov flavor and a blink-for-value approach. I have no idea whether I'm running the right balance of taxation vs blinkers vs blink targets, so any and all suggestions are welcome.

Playtesting this deck indicates this might be a good balance for cards in the main; I'm not getting slaughtered by creature decks, but I haven't played against spells as much. Able to consistently play my spells and grind out the opponent; big Thalia is HUGE against other creature decks.
