I was kicking around the idea of a Death and Taxes deck for a while. Then I thought about Wayward Servant and it's ability. This is a death and taxes deck, with some zombie synergy because of Wayward Servant. Added flavor of Authority of the Consuls and Kambal, Consul of Allocation. I'm looking to make this as budget as possible, so any help is needed.
