Once i get 6 lands i use 1 of those combos to clear my opponents field and then cast Wurmcoil Engine to take care of opponents life total while healing me. and because of Wurmcoil Engine splits in half when its dead 1 removal spell isnt enough. Vampire Nighthawk is a great blocker.
