Using Nekusar, the Mindrazer 's affect, along with making everyone draw cards, we can destroy all the opponents at once using wheel of fortune type cards. We can usually kill people by damage from nekusar and other things that deal damage, but if not, the commander deck limit is 99 cards, so we can mill them out too.
