The point of this deck is to get Phage out and to let it hit the opponent. It uses Black Knight, Deadly Recluse, Royal Assassin, Executioner's Capsule, and Faceless Butcher (although Faceless Butcher is slightly large to be considered an "early round card") to keep you alive in the early rounds, before the player can draw/play the phage. All of these cards but black knight, also have effects that will clear the way for the phage later on. Sylvan Might will be used to power up Phage, and give it trample, which makea the card deadly (remember that if Phage deals even one damage to your opponent, he/she loses the game). Equipped with Lure, Deadly Recluse and Stone-Tongued Basilisk can remove your opponents entire field, which basically means they can say goodbye if you have a Phage on the field. Stone-Tongued Basilisk also has the "Lure" effect if you have Threshold. Finally, when either playing a black deck, or if Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth is out, (which turns ALL lands, including your opponents into swamps) a Phage equipped with a Lesrhac's Rite, which gives the creature Swampwalk is unstoppable.
