A sliver deck which I've been planning. I've got a somewhat small budget, so I'm trying to make do with what I have and can trade for.

Main idea of the deck is to get a bunch of somewhat-powerful slivers, then buff them. Ideally I'd keep the deck low cost, but Megantic Sliver would really help.

I'd like to try and keep this deck modern, but it would mainly be for casual play anyway, so I could substitute a Winged Sliver instead of a Galerider Sliver (pricey) or Spinneret Sliver (not great).

I would greatly appreciate any input, especially on creating an effective, but cheap, mana base.
