The third one is actually a mistake, thanks for pointing that out. However as far as the second one goes Horobi, Death's Wail makes essentially any spell or ability that targets a creature a kill spell. Paired with Kami of the Waning Moon which allows me to target any creature I want and give him fear and subsequently death. In a arcane and spirit deck, this essentially allows them to keep the board a little safer for me. There are also a number of other combos in here with Horobi, Death's Wail this one was just my favorite.
Thanks for the comment!

Ah duh... I was thinking you'd be giving your own creature fear and didn't even consider anything dying as a result. Sweet!

What about Phyrexian Reclamation, less conditional than Oversold Cemetery but, it costs life. Also what about Plague Wind/In Garruk's Wake effects, Just incase the game goes longer than expected these can help keep you ahead and their boards clean. Also another late game option, if you are against one person or generally hate someone at the table, Curse of the Cabal is a great removal spell too.

Nice deck, unique idea. I don't understand the 2nd and 3rd combos tho. Either you put the wrong creature in, or i am missing something that is probably obvious... How does it play? If i were building this deck i would probably utilize all the spirits that cause opponents to discard, because i like when people can't play many spells.
