This budget deck is from a channel on Youtube called The Commander's Quarters. (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=al2VxWNSwI8) I'm looking for help on what to take out and put in from my maybe board to change it from focused to an optimized commander deck. Also, I'm open to any suggestions. Does not have to be budget cards, but no cards over $50.

The point of the deck, for me, is to double up on death triggers, spawn tokens, and use sacrifice outlets to trigger my own creatures.
