Mulligan til you get a Quest for Ula's Temple in your hand and play it first turn. Since the deck is mostly creatures you should be able to start pulling out big baddies by turn 4.

Kraken Hatchling is for blocking. Reef Worm, Gulf Squid are for support.

Ponder and Halimar Depths are there to make sure you have creature cards at the top of your library.
