My take on a Phenax mill deck. The idea is to set up plenty of defensive creatures, then mill your opponents on their end steps (preserving your defenses while also slowly getting them closer to decking themselves). It also has a small sub-theme of stealing/copying your opponents' stuff.

This deck includes multiple cards designed to slow the game down while your opponents get milled, like Dissipation Field and Mana Breach. There's also a wide selection of high toughness creatures. There's a small number of recursion effects, as well as other utility effects like board clears and card draw.

This deck is mostly made of cards I already owned, and so I'm missing a lot of the usual Phenax staples. Any advice is appreciated!
