Since when did land become so expensive?

I'm trying to build a decent budget deck here and more than half of the price of my cards is from basic lands! So yes, this deck does cost more than ten dollars, but without basic lands it costs just over $7. I'm sure that if you really want to buy it then you already have plenty of mountains and islands at home to spare. The most expensive card in this deck is literally an island. And because they are pretty much necessary in any blue mtg deck, I have eleven of them. I don't know what this world has come to.

Anyways, on to the description:

As I said earlier, this is a budget deck (If you actually bothered to read my rant on basic land prices) featuring Impact Tremors + Molten Nursery + Nettle Drone , combined with cards like Blight Herder or Eldrazi Skyspawner or Adverse Conditions to deal massive amounts of damage to your opponent. Sometimes you dont draw all of the combo cards, so when in doubt, use Vile Aggregate! one of the most powerful colorless cards in the game for only $0.17 and 3 mana!
