Personally I don't normally run removal. Due to that fact that there is TOO MUCH removal in standard right now. If you can't beat them, then join them. This is my version of Mardu Control. Please comment, suggest, and +1.

CARD BREAKDOWN

Anger of the Gods- great field wipe with exile. Good way to get rid of little creatures.

Bile Blight- I don't like the double black, but it's too good to pass up.

Crackling Doom- Such a good removal card, get rid of their best creature=Great

Deflecting Palm- Now I like this card for two reasons. One, it stalls and deals damage. Two, it could be a potential win con if they have a really power creature.

Elspeth, Sun's Champion-Win Con! Stall with your 1/1 minoins and then go in for the kill with her Ultimate. Plus you can remove all of those awful creature with +4 power and higher.

End Hostilities-Fantastic board wipe and removals all attachments.

Hero's Downfall- Removes annoying creature AND planswalkers.

Murderous Cut- I like this card because you can exile your graveyard and potentially only cost 1 black.

Nyx-Fleece Ram- stall and lifegain and avoids Anger of the Gods

Read the Bones- Very important card to keep your hand going.

Thoughtseize- Hand removal to stop your opponents plan.

Utter End- Great exile spell

Zurgo Helmsmasher-Win Con and avoids removal on your turn
