Infect is overrated. Thanks to Fynn, our creatures with deathtouch are nastier than ever. Ideally your turn 1 is playing one of the 1 drop deathtouch creatures and swing with it on turn 2 after you play Fynn. Once you've hit the enemy 5 times it's game over. Swing with Taunting Elf, Shinen of Life's Roar, or cast Roar of Challenge on a creature and attack with one of those creatures to allow your deathtouch creatures to get through and potentially win the game. Activating Glaring Spotlight's ability is also very useful. If those options don't work then Evolution Sage can proliferate to win the game. She's the reason why there are so many budget fetch lands in the deck.

So the fun part about this deck is that a buddy and I are having a little competition. Both of us are making a Tiny Leader deck based around Fynn. The catch is that I'm using him as a commander and he's using either Chevill, Bane of Monsters or Glissa, the Traitor, or possibly a different Golgari commander. Our budget is $100 (for now). Because we are both making a deck based on deathtouch, Mirror Shield on one of the creatures that must be blocked is extra dirty and secures the win pretty easily. If not for our little competition it probably wouldn't have made it in the list.

If only WotC made Fynn Green/Black and upgraded him to either rare or mythic, he woulda been a pretty dirty commander. Kaldheim is turning out to be a pretty broken set.
