sunflowerbro I'm so happy you like my zombie mill deck! I've really put a lot of work in this one, and knowing that now it's someone's favourite deck really is a great satisfaction. Hope you'll enjoy zombie milling your opponents! Let me know how you feel this deck after you buy it :)

Thanks for the upvote! Yeah I know that, I somehow consider it a more pow (obviously in this deck)erful version of Hedron Crab that also works with creatures.

Thanks Javaz :) just got all but 9 of the cards in the mail today and i'm tokening the ones i dont have and putting card protectors on the ones i do. Just looking at all the cards now reminds me how fun/competitive this deck is gonna be. Cheers on the idea, I think Wall of Frost or Fog Bank (i bought wall of frost) will be an incredible defence to set you up for turn 5-6 chaos! Also i have 4 Drowned Catacomb instead of Dimir Guildgate which won't change much but i love dual lands that dont NEED to tap :) Good suggestion Boza. I'll update when I've played a proper game with the real cards but I have very high hopes

That's great! I'm waiting, I really wanna know how this deck performs to you. I can tell that I've played about 10 games with it against boros super-aggro, modern elves, abzan, golgari modern, selesnya "control" and lifegain and I lost only 1 time. You will also notice how good is this deck in multiplayer, I milled out 2 opponents at the same time on 4th turn.

I'm a budget player, and right now I think I'm going to spend more money on this one Don't Touch my Spirits (Turn 5 Win) cause I'm going to do a 2-Headed Giants with it soon, but in the near future I'll add some dual land to this one too :D

I saw Don't Touch my Spirits (Turn 5 Win) about a week ago to see what else you made and i would definitely consider trying that sometime soon. I love blue/black but I do like blue the most.

I played your deck against three other decks last night, i had my friend try my deathtouch first strike deck (my first deck lol) and the DT/FS didn't stand much of a chance because it could'nt come near 20 damage or get the Viridian Longbow out without being counterspelled before it got milled to death.

Then i had him use my previous favorite deck i own Fire Walk with Me which got destroyed for a very different reason. It was made by Skulloelegy not me and it's such a fun deck to use, so check his deck out too! :) If he used a Mimic Vat I usually could send it back to his hand with Cyclonic Rift or Into the Roil (depending on which i took for the game)and then use the opening from that do to play anything i want while he had to wait to bring the mighty Mimic Vat back next turn. Also Flamekin Harbinger brings a chosen elemental to the top of deck and when i see him do this i can mill even just one card that turn to make him not get the elemental he chose. Not to mention the fact that that deck has only 2 or 1 of most "power' cards so most games I simply accidentally milled his best cards lol.

The last deck was an VERY early game mono green aggro/combo infect deck that is my friends deck. I'd say it was about 50/50 on who won. When he did win it was usually because he would either make one of his creatures a 13/13 using things like Invigorate, Mutagenic Growth, Rancor, etc. on turn 2-3 and when that happened it was hard to win past that turn especially if he was able to give it trample too or i didn't have the counterspells i needed. But after that he would have to rely on using Apostle's Blessing to break through my defence unless i could save a Negate to use on it.

Well sorry for the long post, and I hope this helps! As you can probably tell im a little more new to Magic than you, started actually this summer, so we don't have "highly competitive" decks but that being said when your deck strats winnign it rarely can be stopped so im sure this could be competitive level. I'm on a budget as well and i'm very happy with my purchase, I'll test it against more "Meta" decks soon and i'll be watching your blue/white deck for the changes. Sidenote--- Altar of the Brood is my favorite card ever xD

I'm so happy that this deck performed so well with you! Also the feedback is very important. I pondered about the green infect opponent and here is a possible solution: on turn 3 Doom Blade his creature and Dispel his Apostle's Blessing. This could be a nice defence against this deck.

All the feedback you're giving me is extremely useful to imagine more scenarios and find more ways to improve the solidity of this deck. Soon I'll tell you the results of some game I'll play. Thanks again! :D

thats sweet I actually already have the Dispel so i'd throw them in next time with the Doom Blade to be able to use all three mana on turn 3.

Looking forward to seeing what kind of things you end facing lol

I'm seriously considering building a version of this deck, but it's going to be difficult for me to get a Lich Lord of Unx. Any suggestions on a replacement? Definitely a great Mill deck. +1

Also maybe Obelisk of Urd might pump up your zombies. Just a thought

I see that this deck has a large LARGE focus around undead alchemist and I think the design is very cool. That being said I think you should add x4 Mind Funerals as that will definitely help fuel your army of brain biters. Also I think it would be wise to add x4 Hedron crabs and some sacrificed lands like terrimorfic expanse or Evolving Wilds, what this does for you is it adds a consistent mill that can be used all through the game. x2 Hedron crabs and stocking sac lands can be very powerful late game. For example: Say you've played an evolving wilds but not sacrificed it yet, mill 6 on your opponent (With two hedron crabs). Next turn you swing with all your zombies and 10 damaged gets through with your combo, mill 10, then you play another evolving wilds and sac it along side the one that was placed last turn. With two hedron crabs this would mill for 18.Also have you considered adding Haunting echos as maybe a side board option? If you end up going against a combo deck or a graveyard deck you've essentially shot yourself in the foot, but a well placed haunting echo can completely disable a deck. ESPECIALLY with Mill. Anyway just my thoughts, hope it helped.
