This deck is rated X, viewer/player discretion is advised!! My Zaxara, the Exemplary deck is an infinite mana combo deck. The goal is to ramp hard and fast, and pump X spells to daunting heights + token spamming. However, I've taken out most of the token spamming in place for creature protection.

Ramp

My deck focuses heavily on land ramp and largely ignores artifact ramp. Circuitous Route as a budget way to get dual lands out. Kodama's Reach, Farseek, Cultivate, and Growth Spiral.

Green mana makes up the most of my color base, therefore: Three Visits, Nature's Lore, Skyshroud Claim.

Lastly, we have our mana doublers: Vorinclex, Voice of Hunger, Nyxbloom Ancient, Mana Reflection, Zendikar Resurgent

Threats

Primordial Hydra-Voracious Hydra-Lifeblood Hydra-Simic Ascendancy-Mistcutter Hydra-Steelbane Hydra-Lair of the Hydra-Helix Pinnacle-Torment of Hailfire. Anything with X in it's cost becomes a big threat with the following: Zaxara, the Exemplary + Freed from the Real or Pemmin's Aura

Protection

All it takes is a single removal spell to set us back. Such spells can also interrupt our commander combo in general. Therefore, I've decided to include some cheap protection spells for those pesky control mages:

Traditional: Heroic Intervention, Veil of Summer

Newer: Snakeskin Veil, Tamiyo's Safekeeping, and Silkguard

Final Thoughts

I realize there are spells such as Exsanguinate, or winning by drawing ourselves out with cards like Mind Spring that will win on the spot. This deck's goal is to win by swinging with creatures however. Please feel free to critique and advise. GOOD LUCK OUT THERE :)
