The idea here is to use the effects of Nightveil Specter, Ashiok, Nightmare Weaver, Praetor's Grasp, and Lord of the Void to take specific cards from the enemy's deck and use it against them. Use Dimir Charm to have a little more control about what you'll be pulling.

Then you use Cryptoplasm, Phantasmal Image and Evil Twin to copy threats from the field, meanwhile you use Dimir Charm , Typhoid Rats , Unsummon, Go for the Throat, and Evil Twin as control to eliminate the originals.

Nightveil Specter and Praetor's Grasp both require specific mana to be useful so, to facilitate that need, we use a mixture of Chromatic Lantern, Thespian's Stage, Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx, and the inherent ability of Nightveil Specter to get all the right colors.

The win conditions are "mill", "control" and..... Whatever their win condition(s) are. And whatever their win condition is with Infinite Reflection attached.
