Although a bit late to the format, here is my take on a standard format Mill deck. Despite the main focus of milling the opponent, there are a lot of different interactions with the cards.
Mind Sculpt
is a basic card to mill down the opponent quick in bulk. For double the cost, Talent of the Telepath does the same function, but allows you to cast a instant or sorcery spell for free (Two free spells) if you have two instant or sorcery in the graveyard.) This card is great with heavy spell based decks, like a mana ramp, or burn.
For basic defense, we have
Monastery Flock
and Wall of Frost. Unfortunately, it doesn't hold up too too well against fly creatures. We also are sitting on both a Ashiok, Nightmare Weaver and Liliana Vess to help mill, free spells, and bring creatures back from both graveyards.
One of my favorite interactions are with Sphinx's Tutelage. We can use Dictate of Kruphix to mill for two every draw in conjunction with other draw spells. This works well with my side boarded Tormod's Crypt for late game and mass graveyard purging.
The deck works pretty well, but fails against quick multi-creature decks, like tokens. I figure I might be able to use Bile Blight or Languish to help curve that. Additionally, I could Infinite Obliteration to help destroy the newer planeswalkers, or heavy creatures, prior to them hitting the floor running.
