I don't think I'm a fan of the Xathrid Gorgon or Diabolic Revelation or the Clock of Omens ...
I suppose the Revelation may be needed if you only have one Door to Nothingness , but the spot is probably better if they were just additional doors.
If you have, or can get, a Jace, Architect of Thought , he would be a perfect fit... helps your defenders defend, and allows you to deck cycle quicker... could even ultimate for the door itself.
There's also a combo that could go well in your deck. Axebane Guardian + Galvanic Alchemist (+ any 3 other defenders) = unlimited mana of any color.... add in a Chromatic Lantern or 2, and you shouldn't need to rely on guildgates for the colors you need for the door.

The gates are in there as a just because. With the Gatecreeper Vine I can rely on having at least 1 or 2 gates out, leaving me with needing only 4 defenders out.
But I like that Galvanic Alchemist .
The clock of Omens is so I don't have to wait a turn to activate the door. I can throw it out and activate it. The elixirs are in for cycling my graveyard back into my deck, just in case. With the added bonus of life, and the artifacts I need for my Omens.

So many bad cards.
So many singletons.
So few win conditions.

I'd recommend getting some Chromatic Lantern 's if you can, that will help with potential mana issues and color issues gives you two ways to get to enough colors in case Axebane Guardian doesn't work out. I don't think it is too many defenders, your deck needs that to work, I'd maybe even bump up the number.
And you need to bump up the number of Door to Nothingness you have a three cards to get the 1 card that you need. To get the win condition, I'd suggest 6-8 cards to get or that are the win condition, otherwise you could be waiting for a very long time. I feel like there isn't enough focus to make this deck work fast enough.
