My attempt at a competitive Emry build. It can combo out within the first 3 to 5 turns with reasonable consistency. But failing this can control and grind until a win can be assembled. The strengths of the deck include good stack interaction, toolbox artifacts, and modal combos that allow for a wincon to be assembled easily or pivoted into should the initial attempt be interrupted. The weaknesses of the deck include vulnerability to artifact and graveyard hate. Both are quite common which is why it's generally these sort of threats we want counter magic and bounce spells for.

The main combos associated with Emry utilize untapping effects from Mirran Spy and Chakram Retriever. With Emry on the field, Lion's Eye Diamond or Lotus Petal can be used to generate infinite mana. If these particular loops are established Emry can then be used to cast and use Chromatic Star, Chromatic Sphere, Conjurer's Bauble, or Aether Spellbomb to draw the whole library and win with Walking Ballista or Brain Freeze with infinite storm established.
