Creature (1)

After the release of Elder Deep-Fiend I started to rebuild my former U/W token-based strategy to the current deck. In my oppinion EDF is simply a great card that can easily finish a game, tap some creatures down to push through the last points of damage, sac creatures that have been targeted by removal or lock down your opponent for a whole turn.

I thought that EDF is best with creatures with good come into play effects. Therefore I added Hangarbackwalker (getting tons of thopters while sacking it for deepfiend), Skyspawner (stabilizes your Mana and can be sacked on turn 4 for EDF), Knight of the White Orchid (also stabilizes Mana) or Whirler Rogue.

As an alterantive winning option you can still sack small creatures for Abbey, play Secure the Wastes into Abbey or smash in/Ultimate with Gideon.

I maindecked Negate since in several games I thought it be great to counter my opponents Planeswalker, Collected Company or to protect from sweeper-cards like Languish.

Playing the deck has been lots of fun and it is realy rare to get mana-screwed (thanks to Thrabben Inspector (digging into your library), Knight of the White Orchid and Skyspawner)
