A budget sea monster deck. It's got enough of the gimmick to be fun without so much of it as to not be decent for the cost. The deck focuses primarily on bouncing creatures, both yours and your opponents. Using this wisely can shut down games fairly quickly and leave you in control. The biggest downside to the deck is that it lacks the power to deliver a swift killing blow. While you can shut out opponents for turns at a time, you may find that you lack the power to truly take a game in a single round or even a few.
