Is mill viable in Standard?

This is my creature based blocking, stifling and eventually win by mill deck, i really want to make mill work again so please help if you can!

The idea is fairly simple really, low cost creatures with high toughness, difficult to remove or get past until i'm ready to start milling with Doorkeeper and then Phenax, God of Deception and maybe even Jace, Memory Adept which if things have gone well will mean a good amount of mill turn after turn!

A few removal/mill instants and sorcery's are thrown into the mix to keep things ticking over if my creatures are not coming out quick enough and to help clear out any pains on the opposite side of the table.

Side board is currently for heavy creature decks as my local group is really heavy on creatures decks.

Feel free to leave a comment, all input is welcome as i really want this to be a viable deck in standard as no one and i mean no one plays mill in my local group.

So views, thoughts, suggestions are a bit low but the ones that have been left, i thank you for.

So a couple of the ponies have been dropped along with the Thoughtseize and a couple of Wall of Frost's and Hero's Downfall's have been put in. Double mana cost should not be issue later game and this is never going to be a quick deck so these two additions should help the deck to be a bit more robust.

Again, thoughts, feelings and general ridicule are all welcome!
