====== Description ======

Person #4.982 trying to make the best milling deck. And yes, this is another one featuring Sphinx's Tutelage, because it is awesome!

====== Cards explained ======

• Sphinx's Tutelage is the main card here: Your opponent discards at least two cards per Sphinx's Tutelage, for every time you draw a card. It only costs 3 mana to cast and sits there as long as your opponent is not dead. Convinced yet? Let's draw a ton of cards!
• Scroll Thief is worth the 3 CMC because you draw a card pretty much every turn! Alternetively, Azure Mage is cheap to cast and has you drawing cards as often as you want for 4 CMC each. Forgotten Creation makes you draw a ton of cards 'for re-drawing a bad hand' and making your opponent lose at least 12 (20%) of their deck for your 6 cards!
• IF you're playing Ob Nixilis Reignited, use his +1 ability until you can use his -8 ability and you can screw your opponent by both milling and damaging. His -3 ability provides some creature control, as well (not very good, but still)
• Doorkeeper plus a bunch of defenders is good milling too, and they provide you protection against the armies of red, black, white and green! Sorta. I chose Jace's Phantasm because it's cheap to cast, and becomes a 5/5 flying in no time with this deck! Steel Wall and Fog Bank are cheap defenders while still providing a good cover, Fog Bank especially being immortal and all (you know, those greens that suddenly start playing a 26/26 creature? yeah, screw them!).
• Quick spells like Read the Bones, Vessel of Paramnesia and Mystic Meditation help you milling as well. Please note that Vessel of Paramnesia discards 5 cards with one Tutelage in play, etc.. Use Blue Sun's Zenith to finish your opponent off once you got the mana. (I'm considering a few more lands)
• Alhammarret's Archive seems effective to double your milling speed. Think of Alhammarret's Archive + Forgotten Creation : Discard a hand of 6 cards, draw 12 cards and make your opponent discard at least 24(Tutelages-in-play) cards!

====== Side Board ======

• Wall of Tanglecord , Murder and Doom Blade or Dark Betrayal are against creature-oriented decks. Wall of Tanglecord is additional cheap defender, and Murder and Doom Blade or Dark Betrayal kills what is in play. Any black player should love them!
• Telemin Performance is for the opposite: An opponent with few to none creatures. With this you can have them throw away a whole bunch of cards at a single spell. 5 mana, though.

====== Maybe board ======

• I'm considering more mana for Blue Sun's Zenith
• The others are for playing against "Vintage" or "Legacy" decks, although you'd still lose. Doorkeeper + Wall of Kelp = cheap, fast milling. Greed + Sphinx's Tutelage = suicide style fast and cheap milling. Shield Sphere and Shifting Wall can replace Steel Wall and Wall of Tanglecord for cheapness and toughness.
