Blind Seer is strictly a casual deck. It would probably be a stronger deck if it had a powerful mage like Urza, however he never got a card so instead I chose this random blind man that was on the street. This deck has few win conditions (usually going infinite and locking people out of the game to the point we can actually kill them or making them draw their entire decks). Instead this deck is just for goofy interactions with color/land type changes. Mostly played as a politics deck I like to play cards like Douse and then ask my opponents what reason they have for me to NOT turn their creature red and counter it. Or turning someone's entire board one color and then bouncing it, including lands! As well as randomly changing colors of cards or creatures when you have nothing better do to with your mana and are facing down the barrel of defeat. Gonna kill me with your mono green deck? Well I spend all my mana and turn everything white, then scoop. GG!
