I meant to also say, I would at least mainboard 1 of the Obzedat, Ghost Council .

Anytime. I'd cut a Ash Zealot . It wont hurt you really at all.

I'll go with the Banishing Light because I do need more ways to deal with stuff. I will eventually buy some Hero's Downfall to put in there.

Yeah, having different removal options is always good. I run 2 Banishing Light and 3 Hero's Downfall mainboard in my deck, but its a control/mid-range Dega build.
