Sideboard

Dega control-resistance. By eliminating the dangers of kill spells and board wipes, as well as reducing the number of answers available to your opponent through hand control, this deck ensures you get plenty of swings in while disrupting your opponent's finely tuned strategy. The use of Keyrune is subtle, but utilizes an unpondered potential by making them resistant to kill spells while still being effective out-of-green mana pumpers. The greatest combos in the deck utilize the Charms, such as giving Spark Trooper double strike with Boros Charm or returning it to your hand instead of sacrificing it through the orzhov charms. Giving the Keyrunes Vigilance through Hold the Gates provides you with mana to go on the defensive with the same keyrunes, while holding off preemptive kill-spells. Wear / Tear and Revoke Existence also give efficient enchantment hate, which easily can turn into an outright kill. The original design of this deck was a lot more aggressive about hand-control, but the theme was toned down for mana cost purposes.

My main concern with this deck -- and where I am looking for suggestions -- is ways to smooth out the mana curve. the 3-drop spot is obviously very full, but I can't seem to find ways to thin it out.
